Sentara is hiring a full-time Remote Senior Employee Engagement / Culture Consultant
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Level Degree required.
Strong project management and organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
Prior experience with large-scale change activities.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively connect and collaborate with others.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfort presenting to groups of various sizes.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
Proficiency with data analytics (interpreting, understanding, and effectively conveying survey results, benchmarks, metrics, etc.).
Available for overnight travel to Virginia Beach, VA as needed for all team meetings.

As a Consultant, your role will encompass different aspects of Organizational Development, primarily focusing on employee engagement, culture, and change management. This role will involve project planning, action planning, communication, training, consultation, and other relevant change management activities. Your success will hinge on effective collaboration with various stakeholders across the company.
