Organizational Development ConsultantPosition Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Development Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in leadership development, personal coaching, group facilitation, and soft skill training development. This role is crucial in driving positive change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our high-performing community.

Role and Responsibilities:

Organizational Development Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the People Elevation director on designing, developing, and executing Organizational Development strategies that align with the company's goals and values, including but not limited to; engagement surveys, performance evaluations, mentorship, onboarding, and more.
  • Assess the current developmental needs of the organization and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to gain buy-in and support for development initiatives.

Workshop Development:

  • Create and deliver customized training programs, workshops, and development initiatives that address organizational needs.
  • Continuously assess and refine workshop content to ensure it remains current and effective.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to engage participants and drive learning outcomes.
  • Monitor and assess existing workshops to ensure relevance and accuracy as well as learner's satisfaction.

Group Facilitation:

  • Facilitate group discussions, workshops, and team-building sessions to enhance collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Guide teams in developing and implementing action plans to address identified areas of improvement.

Personal Coaching:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees and leaders, assisting them in achieving their professional development goals.
  • Offer constructive feedback, support, and resources to help individuals maximize their potential.
  • Monitor and track the progress of coaching relationships and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is required. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a consultancy role, with a strong track record of facilitating group sessions, developing workshops, and providing coaching.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in using assessment tools, surveys, and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices is a plus.
  • Certification in relevant coaching, facilitation, or Organizational Development methodologies is desirable.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

    All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
