Example of Duties
The OCM Training Analyst will expand upon the existing training material. Research, design, and develop role specific training materials, such as step-by-step job guides, content for the Digital guides, knowledge articles, quick reference guides, Instructor-led training curriculum and guides. The successful candidate will also conduct content reviews and walkthroughs. They will facilitate walkthroughs with the Ambassadors and review of all training content, to ensure content accuracy, and continuous content improvement. The OCM Training Analyst will provide Technical Support (if access is available). They will work in close collaboration with other internal teams and stakeholders to upload the training content to SharePoint. They will conduct training surveys. Additional duties include development and distribution of surveys to the staff to determine how they would best learn and retain the training material along with conducting surveys to determine retraining needs if any.
Minimum Requirements
Change Management Certified Professional (CMCP), Professional Certified Marketer (PCM), or Certified Social Marketing Associate (CSMA).
Must have Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) training and experience applying to external-facing project materials that meet Government Code section 11546.7 - Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, or a subsequent version, and Section b508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
A minimum of three (3) years implementing effective learning programs for a wide variety of stakeholders (executives, project team, Business Process Owners, Process Advisory Committees, other Subject Matter Experts) by applying participant-centered training techniques, using learning principles, and aligning training development models to conduct training courses and supporting materials.
A minimum of three (3) years developing training guidelines, standards, and rubrics that follow current and best practices in instructional design and conduct quality assurance to ensure consistent learning experiences.
A minimum of three (3) years designing and developing courses and curriculum for computer-based trainings, virtual instructor-led trainings, instructor-led trainings, and micro-learnings and include creating participant training materials and instructor tools.
Desired Qualifications
PROSCI certification
A minimum of one (1) year of experience producing and facilitating virtual meetings using a variety of platforms (e.g., Teams, Teams LIVE EVENT, Zoom, WebEx) including registering attendees using event registration and tracking platforms (e.g., Eventbrite) and creating attendee dashboards to track attendance statistics and analyze involvement/engagement of stakeholders.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in training design (e.g., training manuals, training aids, etc.) using design software, current with visual design standards and trends and visual design software standards.
