A Brief Overview
The Principal Change Manager will provide strategic leadership, guidance, and direction as well as end-to-end management and coordination of training activities for TriNet's strategic projects. The Principal Change Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact colleagues in TriNet to increase benefit realization, value creation, return on investment and the achievement of results and outcomes.

What you will do
- Lead change management activities for a variety of strategic company initiatives including technology, process and organizational change
- Lead multiple change management projects concurrently and conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key impacted stakeholders
- Create actionable deliverables to facilitate change, including communications plans, roadmaps, training plans, resistance management plans, and sustainability plans
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor progress in conjunction with project management
- Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
- Assess training needs and requirements, in support of new processes, data, technology and roles for all impacted colleagues
- Develop training strategies and plans for end-state targets
- Lead and manage all forms of training design, development and delivery
- Design, develop, deliver and manage transformational initiative communications to drive deployment and adoption
- Develop and implement methodologies, tools, and processes to support effective and successful organizational change
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development or another related field preferred
- Master's Degree in Organizational Development or another related field preferred
Experience Qualifications
- Typically 15+ years Working in organizational change, project management or training management and development required
- PROSCI certification preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Experience with large scale organizational change efforts
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools required
- Demonstrated success in the field of training management and development
- Exceptional communication skills with various audiences - written and verbal
- Advanced problem solving skills and solutioning complex problems
- Advanced organization and project management skills
- Experience with a variety of project implementation approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate and partner effectively with cross-functional teams

The salary range for this role is $103,700 to $165,900. The candidate's final salary offer will be based on the candidate's skills, education, work location and experience.
A candidate's compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet's corporate bonus plan.
