The vision and roadmap have been completed and the OCM Lead will be responsible for execution, getting stakeholder buy in, and aligning people on what needs to be done for the Customer Service piece. The Consultant will work in parallel with CNA’s internal OCM.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Organizational Change Management for IT programs/implementations.
- 5+ years' experience leading and facilitating meetings with all levels of executives, management, staff, and project stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for change communications.
- Proven experience training change champions.
- Experience in Windows 11 implementation is a huge plus.
- Prosci and/or other Change Management certifications is a plus.

Hours:30-40 hours/week with flex (CT zone with flexibility)

The pay range for this project is $75.00 to $95.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
