Ultimate Staffing is assisting a company in the North Houston area to find multiple Order Entry Clerks to join their growing team.
Job Information:
- Temporary-to-hire, In office
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Pay: $17 - $19.00 per hour DOE
Job Responsibilities:
- Critical thinking to confirm legal request for records is completed by clients
- Heavy data entry
- Research locations/facilities
- Prepares legal packet via data entry, client preferences and system usage
- Internally track parts as necessary
- Email clients for confirmation, questions and or status
- Handle problem requests/research/follow-up
- Quality check all documents, entries and legal paperwork
- Resend requests/additional documentation as needed
- Faxing, mailing, setting up hand serves of legal requests
- Save/Scan all documents
- File various media
- Retrieve and route requested files or filing
- Create and maintain electronic and imaged records
- Answer the Records dept. Line and e-mail regarding orders
- Organizes records by tabbing, charting (hospitals) while placing them in chronological order
- Bate stamps records
- Burn CD's as well as copies and binds the produced documents
- Quality checks all incoming and outgoing records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1-year relevant work experience
- Litigation support (record retrieval) experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented; data entry
- Reliable/dependable
- Problem solving and critical thinking
