Responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflows, timely tasks completion, and adherence to quality standards while steering a $1.5 Million revenue division with 10% year-over-year growth and 30% profit margin.
Team Management: Provide leadership, resolve conflicts, and address issues while fostering a positive work environment within the cleaning team.
Customer Service: You will be assisting our sales team in talking to customers and leads.
Recruitment and Training: Conduct interviews, coordinate training sessions, and develop comprehensive training materials for new processes.
Schedule and HR Management: Oversee daily scheduling operations, optimizing cleaning assignments and resources. Additionally, manage HR tasks such as recruitment, training coordination, and resolving personnel issues.
Financial Management and Strategic Planning: Assist in budget development, monitor expenses, and develop/executing strategic plans aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
We seek a highly experienced leader with a proven track record of managing customer service divisions for at least 5 years, capable of revitalizing underperforming departments into thriving operations. Your exceptional communication skills and firm yet empathetic leadership style will be vital in fostering positive relationships within the team and with clients and will facilitate seamless interactions with the team, clients, and stakeholders, further enhancing our overall performance and reputation. As a results-driven individual, your ability to drive operational efficiency and achieve revenue targets is paramount. Your emotional intelligence, coupled with effective interpersonal skills, will navigate diverse personalities and resolve conflicts adeptly. Your strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities will position you as a thought partner to senior management, anticipating challenges and identifying opportunities for growth. Additionally, your decisive action in addressing operational needs and driving continuous improvement initiatives will contribute significantly to our success. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure effective management of priorities, deadlines, and resources.
Position Specifics
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: This position is based in our office in Troy, OH.
- Standard Working Hours: Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility for occasional communication with technicians after-hours as necessary. Additionally, there may be an average of 30 minutes of remote work on Sundays to conduct any necessary preparations for the upcoming week.
- Salary: $56,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year. Pay incentives eligible, which are based on company revenue and profit.
