We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our winning team! As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring efficient and effective processes. This key leadership role requires strong business and communication skills . We are looking for someone who is a team player, detail oriented, social media savvy, and has a fun/energetic personality.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales and social media experience.
- Confident in generating new leads.
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams: class membership, private lessons, events, and more.
- Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills: in person, telephone and via email.
- Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
- Serve as a front desk staff for weekly classes/events at Press Play Studio.
- Must be comfortable scheduling and booking calendar dates.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to collect and provide detailed reports to help ensure the growth of the company.
- Trustworthy and ability to handle company finances and confidential information.
- Must be a team player.
- Proficiency with computers
