Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple primary care clinics, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
• Lead the development and implementation of telehealth services, optimizing technology to expand access to care and improve patient outcomes.
• Drive the strategic planning and execution of new location openings, from site selection and licensing to staff recruitment and training.
• Implement robust operational protocols and performance metrics to enhance clinic productivity and patient satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data to make informed decisions and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of primary care services with our broader healthcare offerings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare management, with substantial exposure to and understanding of the healthcare sector's dynamics and challenges.
• Proven expertise in Medicare and Medicaid programs, including comprehensive knowledge of enrollment, billing, compliance, and policy interpretation. Candidates should demonstrate successful navigation of these programs to optimize patient care and maximize organizational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the capability to manage complex projects and initiatives, guiding teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, evidenced by a history of building effective relationships with medical staff, patients, and community partners. This includes the ability to negotiate, persuade, and communicate healthcare policies and procedures effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement processes, ensuring the organization's operations comply with all relevant laws and standards, and are continuously aligned with best practices in patient care and safety.
