Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding opportunity with a Monday to Friday schedule? The Arc of San Diego invites you to join our team in providing essential care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We operate nine (9) ICF-DD-H residential facilities across San Diego County, and we need your expertise to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.
Position Details:

  • Job Title:Registered Nurse
  • Schedule:Monday – Friday, 8:30a-5p.
  • Location:San Diego County, CA
The pay range for this position is $45.00 to $50.00 per hour depending on exp.
Who You Are:As a Registered Nurse at The Arc of San Diego, you are:
  • A Registered Nurse comfortable providing full care coordination and review.
  • A strong advocate with active observation skills for the rights and best interests of adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
What a Typical Day Includes:
  • Developing individual health care plans.
  • Providing case management support and oversight for clients, including:
  • Pharmacy and medication review.
  • Physical and nutrition assessments.
  • Psychiatrist and mental health review.
  • Scheduling and attending coordinated client service planning meetings.
What You'll Need to Be Successful:
  • CA license as a Registered Nurse.
  • 6 months hands-on experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Valid CA Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
We'd Love It If You:
  • Have experience using electronic case management systems (Therap).
  • Previously provided in-home care in individual or group settings.
