Operations Manager

We have an awesome opportunity at our Decaturville, TN manufacturing facility for an experienced Operations Leader looking to take their career to the next level!

Requirements

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a similar field / environment.
• Leadership experience in a lean manufacturing environment (including safety).
• A demonstrated track record of success when it comes to managing complex projects.
• Technical competence with software - including ERP systems (Syspro would be considered an asset).

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

• You must be legally able to work in the USA.
• You are able to commute to the work location regularly. (Decaturville, TN)
• You are able to communicate effective & professionally using the english language.
