Iatric Manufacturing Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rockline Industries, is dedicated to fostering healthy environments by designing and manufacturing FDA-regulated wipes for use in the consumer, health care, food service, and hospitality industries. The wholly-owned subsidiary was born out of the rapidly increasing demand for Iatric's innovative wet wipe products, which are designed to support healthier, sanitary environments.
Iatric is seeking an Operations Manager responsible for the strategic and tactical planning, direction, and coordination of Iatric operations, including manufacturing, health and safety, warehousing, chemical mixing, and ongoing high-performance work system development.
Your day will also include:
- Provide overall leadership for plant operations. Set manufacturing vision and goals/objectives. Align
resources and develop associates. - Support and enforce a sustainable and safe work culture with a goal towards zero injuries and zero
environmental impact. - Nurture and support a culture of product safety - ensures that all products manufactured meet customer
requirements and specifications, and quality standards are enforced as it pertains to Rockline’s quality
management systems and regulatory guidelines. - Utilize the Rockline Operating System, and develop and support metrics, KPIs, and scorecards to ensure
performance targets and strategic objectives are met. - Support lean manufacturing concepts, tools, and techniques to ensure high performance work systems.
- Collaborate with /supports external departments in meeting customer goals and expectations.
- Coordinate manufacturing activities to balance and insure timely production and maintenance needs.
- Direct staff to specific projects to address immediate and future business needs based on knowledge of
personnel, production methods, processes and equipment. - Establish budgets and maintain ongoing monthly operation s expenses. Support annual expense and
capital budgeting process. - Identify and implement strategic direction for the department annually. Identify continuous
improvement opportunities to drive improved business performance.
Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Business,
and a minimum of 8 years of manufacturing experience, including a minimum of 6 years of supervisory
experience. Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, Lean Certifications, APICS certifications, ASQ (Quality)
certifications preferred.
Prior experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment is required.
