Experience in our industries can be helpful but is NOT required.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing employees and/or a college degree.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record.
- Must be able to reliably commute to our main shop in Marion, Iowa.
- Able to work Mon-Fri and a minimum 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
You will oversee and manage all of the operations of Premier Property Services. Those services include, but are not limited to:
- Power washing
- Soft washing
- Window cleaning
- Exterior light design & installation
- Snow removal
- Dryer vent and duct maintenance
- Fleet washing
- Restoration services
- Organic material remediation
Responsibilities include:
- Lead service department improving revenue, profit, safety and employee morale.
- Hire and manage technicians.
- Train employees.
- Implement and manage safety protocols.
- Oversee quality control and maintain world-class customer service standards.
- Improve and innovate SOPs and associated documents.
- Conduct research and development to improve products, services, and equipment.
- Build, assemble, and design truck skid systems.
- Oversee and/or carry out equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Assess KPIs and identify opportunities to increase profitability across several business lines by improving fill rates with existing clients.
- Order equipment and supplies. Manage inventory.
- Analyze employee requirements and process workflow, and to ensure that a safe and healthy work environment is maintained.
- Coordinate and participate with the service teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Develop and implement in-house educational programs that increase staff productivity and safety compliance.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
