Our concierge team ensures this is our priority by always maintaining a high level of customer service. As a Liquid Diamond Concierge, you can play a vital role in scheduling, customer communication, and quality control, all while assisting in managing our fleet of courtesy vehicles.

Concierge’s normal day

• Welcoming customers to their vehicle application appointments
• Completing normal paperwork with our “courtesy vehicle” program
• Communicating with customers as “ceramic” applications are completed to their vehicles
• Contacting customers for future scheduling of appointments
• Partnering with customers to effectively resolve minor unexpected issues
• Working closely with our highly trained “applicator” teams as applications are completed
• Quality control to be certain our customers are happy when vehicles are picked up

You will need

• A passion for consistently providing high level customer experiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and time management
• The willingness to learn and help
• To be capable of problem solving while results driven
• The ability to explain based on product knowledge and technical skill
• Minor computer skills
• Professionalism and the ability and desire for growth
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
