Job Overview

Salons And Studios is a premier beauty and wellness suite rental provider with personalized rooms for cosmetologist, estheticians, massage therapists, nail technicians, fine line tattoo artists, and many other licensed professionals. Started in 2019, we have four stabilized locations with strategic plans for regional expansion. Our ideal director has the skill set to support all existing locations in a property management role while having an active role in marketing and onboarding new studio renters. As the company continues to grow, there will be oversight of market Operations Managers.

It is necessary the director learns by doing, recognizes patterns to craft operating procedure and has a collaborative approach in a results oriented organization. GSD.

Responsibilities for Operations Manager

• Ensure that company policies are followed
• Design, implement and execute systems for studio owner on-boarding and maintenance
• Oversight of FFE procurement, logistics and contractors for studio owner build outs
• Negotiate service contracts covering all aspects of operations as expansion occurs
• Assist in expansion determination by developing metrics for location, design and functionality
• As growth occurs, hire and develop a team with the goals of expanding in new markets while maintaining the highest facility standards at existing locations.

Qualifications for Operations Manager

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in managerial operations role
• Knowledge of building systems and constructability
• Ability to write and adhere to service contracts
• Ability to coordinate various parties with a mindset of personal responsibility
• Ability to identify weak spots in a process to improve efficiency
• Financial planning and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• The company is expanding. We have four locations and will double in size in three years.
• Aesthetics is very important. This includes company marketing, how we present ourselves and facilities appearance.
• Marketing is currently at a C- level and is an immediate priority. The founder is doing this, along with everything else.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $86,540.00 per year
