Responibilities:
· Inspire a team of 30-40 hourly employees to exceed guests’ expectations
· Work with the General Manager analyzing information for budgeting revenues and expenses; measuring costs of products and services
· Demonstrate proactive leadership by ensuring positive guests’ experiences through personal interaction
· Staff Times Square Entertainment with quality employees through recruiting, hiring, coaching, training and continual development efforts
· Create innovative improvements while being accountable for measurable, high-quality and timely results
· Be a TEAM PLAYER and encourage others to do the same
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of hospitality management experience
· Detail oriented with the capability to oversee all aspects of the business and multiple areas simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to work under pressure amid distractions and interruptions
· Professional appearance
· Possess excellent customer service and employee relations skills
· Obtain valid Alcohol Server Certification
· Obtain valid Food Handlers Certification
· Able to work nights and weekends
