our team is similarly committed to becoming THE dominant player in our market … and beyond.

It’s more than just “doing your job.” It’s about doing what’s necessary for the organization to succeed.

We’re in the service industry. We happen to provide plumbing services, and our national clients have coaxed us to expand from Texas to Georgia. Now they need us in other cities. We’re following the path laid by our sister company, which, over the past 12 years, has serviced the garage door needs for the same clients throughout the Sunbelt.

The day-to-day operations will be your primary responsibility. Notice that we left out the words “oversee or manage.” Everyone is hands-on — including managers — and we want to maintain a flat, low-overhead organizational structure as we grow. (BTW, we all work from home)

Using a stool as an analogy, “operations” is one of the three legs of our model. The others are “business development” and “administration.” The three legs must remain “level” to balance the stool as it is raised.

Operations entails everything that touches our clients on a daily basis.

Sounds overwhelming? The foundation has been laid, and you’ll be part of a team with decades of experience growing over a half-dozen successful service companies.

Your job is to help us scale the business by improving systems and processes and leveraging resources (people, technology, etc.) to deliver even more value to our clients.

As a unified leadership team, we prioritize long-term growth by deferring part of our immediate personal income and reinvesting profits to “grow the pie” for everyone to enjoy.

As a friend of ours said, “You’re looking for unicorns.” Maybe ... but Shackleton found his "unicorns" for the South Pole expedition, and so will we.
