Custodian/Groundskeeper

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, including parking lots, walkways, and common areas
- Perform routine custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming, carpet cleaning, and buffing
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as directed
- Conduct industrial and commercial cleaning tasks as required
- Assist with snow removal and landscaping duties as needed
- Serve as a porter by moving equipment, furniture, and supplies as necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or groundskeeping roles preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
