The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the banking and receipts day-to-day operations which include oversight and improvement of the donation workflow process performed by Finance. This position also includes opportunities to work as a project manager for enhancements to the various software systems used in Finance.

Responsibilities:
- Leads others to serve our constituents and personnel to ensure all tasks are being performed effectively and with good stewardship.
- Determines how to record gifts that are new or non-standard and provides guidance to staff regarding system and processing questions.
- Acts as the primary backup for the Banking Specialist to support the daily settlement and corporate credit card processes.
- Works with members of the team to periodically review each task with a continuous improvement mindset and leads in the efforts to implement changes to the workflow process.
- Supports the receipts team by assisting with refunds, adjustments, and the monthly reconciliation process, while working to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Business Management, Finance, or Accounting experience
- At least 5 years of related experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
