Wilmar is a top global firm in food products. They have over 900 factories around the globe, over 1,600 products, over 100 ships. Wilmar has multiple locations within the United States. The Pearland facility is an office environment consisting of around 30 employees where production operation is located at another site. The Administrative Assistant will support the growing headcount at this location.
Job Purpose:
Fulfil customer requirements and aim to solve customer complaints timely, always striving for customer satisfaction, maintaining positive relationship with customers.
Responsibilities:
· Responding to customer inquiries: This involves answering customer questions, resolving complaints, and addressing any concerns that customers may have about WONA’s products or services, including sampling.
· Reviewing customer PO’s for matching of oldest available contract and confirming with the customer.
· Work with Commercial Team to resolve discrepancies in customer order requests.
· Monitor and distribute emails coming into to the wonalogorders@us.wilmar-intl.com account
· Maintaining records: responsible for documenting all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
· Collaborating with other departments: work with other departments within the company, such as commercial, contract and operation teams, to provide the best possible customer experience.
· Providing feedback: Customer service representatives may gather feedback from customers and provide it to the appropriate departments within the company.
Experience & Skills:
· Strong Customer Service skills
· Experience in Inbound & Outbound Logistics preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Problem solving skills
· Proficiency with ERP systems preferably SAP
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail and good organizational skills
· Confidence and capability to multi-task
· Must be a Team player
· Performs other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
