The Coca-Cola Company’s Global Cybersecurity function is responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company’s information systems and networks by assessing, detecting, and responding to any threats, vulnerabilities, or incidents that could incur risk to the company’s assets or reputation.
The Cybersecurity team is looking for an experienced Global Project Manager to manage complex strategic initiatives and projects that will support our continued mission to protect the Company and its assets on a global scale. The role will be responsible for working cross functionally with corporate, operating units and bottling partners to successfully deliver the initiatives that enable our strategy.
The candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong track record of delivering projects, organization and being self-driven. The candidate needs to be comfortable in networked, globally dispersed organization structures with ability to collaborate internally with multi-functional colleagues and technology services and externally with vendors and bottling partners.
The position will report to the Director of Cyber Programs.
What You’ll Do for Us
Management of various Cybersecurity focused projects across a large complex organization. This includes facilitating the planning and the prioritization of multiplex Cybersecurity initiatives that may include substantial business process and/or technology change.
The role supports project tasks including project initiation, requirements definition, project planning, proposal and design development, project execution oversight, service transition, budget and project finances, project closure, deployment, stakeholder management, risk management and upkeep of project documentation.
Responsible for complete project management through the life cycle including project planning, regulations, compliance, scope delivery, funding requests, client interactions, issue/risk identification and resolution management, manage and provide status reporting.
Develop, document, implement and maintain an internal and external Cybersecurity benchmarking program.
Continuously reviewing, improving, and executing policies and procedures and benchmarking these internally and externally.
Required Qualifications & Core Competencies
Bachelor's degree in an area such as Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related STEM area required.
5+ years of relevant project management or process improvement experience
Large Scale Cross Functional Project Management: Ownership experience, with no direct team management, of a large project, including implementation, performance monitoring/management and the required change management components.
Experience with understanding and applying Cybersecurity standards and compliance frameworks.
