JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports the Venue Construction Team who oversee multiple projects
• Responsible for any special reporting that may be required for the projects themselves to supervisor and internal organizations
• Provide assistance, entering jobs and updating jobs in CRM
• Miscellaneous project reports as requested
• Prepare slide decks as requested by supervisor
• Responsible for day-to-day administrative activities issuing PO’s, processing invoices, updating trackers and CRM.
• Taking detailed notes during meetings and provide meeting minutes to the team.
Responsible for initiating supply chain process for venue projects, includes producing bill of materials, requesting Item master numbers, soliciting product quotes, and issuing PO’s.
Material management to include order tracking, delivery confirmation, facilitation of material movement from warehouse to contactor facility or job site.
Tracking and reporting of budget status for all venues projects.
Work closely with multiple cross functional teams to include Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory and Product Development.
JOB KNOWLEDGE
• Primarily work in an office setting
• Physical demands may include walking and sitting
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project management support role
• Strong computer skills
• In depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
