Sales Operations Coordinator 

What We Seek

This full-time position is responsible for providing Sales Operations support to the Sales Team and assigned Sales Region(s) allowing sellers to have more time to sell. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, extreme attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position will be remote and will report to a Senior Sales Operations Coordinator.

 

What Your Day Will Look Like

  • Collaborate with and provide sales support for the assigned regional Sales Team including:

    • Reports and dashboards

    • Pricing and quoting

    • Salesforce issues and questions

    • Sampling

    • Vendor and compliance forms

  • Work closely with the RVP/VP of the regional team to provide any support needed

  • Receive inbound emails and process or forward to the appropriate person

  • Drive the adoption of the sales process in all systems and ensure accuracy of data inputs to all internal systems

  • Ensure the sales teams are leveraging the tools and resources available to them while focusing on driving operational efficiencies

  • Close orders for the team and assist with any issues post-close

  • Budget and manage regional events for the region 

  • Work efficiently with priorities and deadlines of sales team members and clients

  • Clean and maintain Salesforce data including creating and merging accounts

  • Assist in the operational processes for the team including any and all go-to-market campaigns

  • Assist in the creation, editing, printing, and shipping of documents including Adoption and RFP paperwork

  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent

 

What Should Be In Your Bookbag

  • Associate's degree or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

  • Proficiency with computers and programs, including, but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

  • Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and sit; occasionally required to stoop, kneel or crouch; occasionally lifts and/or pushes up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and distance perception

  • Some business-related travel may be required

  • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent
