Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator coordinates the Accounts Payable function, which includes; the processing and verification of invoices, coding of expenses, and facilitation of payments. The Coordinator will partner with the Procurement department to ensure accurate Procure to Pay processing, identify, coordinate, and resolve Accounts Payable issues and questions, analyze exception and monitoring reports, and provide training to campus users as needed. The Coordinator will participate in the validation of appropriate standards of measurement to assess progress toward the accomplishment of goals, ensure compliance for Accounts Payable with internal and external policies, procedures, and regulatory laws.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years of related experience or relevant combination of experience, education and/or training
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under the pressure of a high-volume operation
Ability to manage priorities
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to compose routine correspondence and reports
Requires planning, organizing and effective time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
Ability to anticipate and solve problems
Ability to work with a diverse population

Starting Salary/Rate
Expected hiring range: $19.00-$23.80 per hour
