Operations Coordinator

The Expertise We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an office setting working with clients and paperwork (Required)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Required)
• High school degree (Required)
• Prior Experience Working in Financial Advisory Industry (Preferred)
• Licensed or willing to get your L&H license, Series 6, and Series 65 (Required)

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Collect all vital information needed for new account and existing account paperwork and maintenance.
• Enter client information into the CRM system.
• Complete new account paperwork and annuity and life insurance applications.
• Ensure accurate completion of prospect or new client paperwork and account setup.
• Obtain necessary documents and signatures from clients for paperwork.
• Track application process, new account set up and account funding, keeping clients updated with every step of the process.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Follow up with account custodians and insurance companies.
• Maintain and organize office files and documentation.
• Run reports as needed.
• Assist in tracking business analytics.
• All other duties as assigned.

Pay: $45,000 – 60,000
