Hourly Wage:

$28.07 -$30.65 (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

The pay range shown represents the Chippewa Valley pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.

Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for lending system process ownership, lending system vendor support, support for frontline users, and ensuring optimal system performance and system upgrade implementations. In addition, this role will create and maintain departmental reporting, provide data and statistical analysis in support of creating and shaping decisions, dashboards and other business related activities.

Work Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday between 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.  Remote work is available (WI and MN candidates only) if certain criteria are met and after initial onboarding period.

***Prior to starting normal schedule, candidate must attend full time training from 9:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday for 1 week at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI.  Lodging, Meals and Mileage provided during this required training.

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience working in a financial, which includes loans and loan processing or equivalent.
• Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture.

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

• Two years previous analytical work experience

• Experience and working knowledge of Royal Credit Union's products and services.
