Qualifications
You are required to have:
- 2 year degree in Sales, Administration, Business, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 2 years experience in customer relations, sales, or office management
- One or more years of experience with coordinating projects with multiple details
- Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Understanding of technology and how it relates to people's lives
- Basic understanding of broadband products and services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with organizational skills
- Above average skill in planning, prioritizing, and focusing energy on what matters most
- Ability to manage and work with multi location team members
Additional preferred qualifications:
- 4 or more years experience with caring for high profile customers
- Fundamentals of project management
- Willingness to carry out work assignments outside of job description
