Operations Assistant

Position Overview:
Black Bridge Motors, a leader in the luxury automotive resto-mod industry, invites applications for an Operations Assistant. This role is crucial in supporting the backbone of our operations, ensuring the seamless execution of high-end automotive restoration projects. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in facilitating project schedules, managing logistics, overseeing inventory, and ensuring all aspects of the project lifecycle are executed with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the detailed planning and execution of project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Coordinate logistics and materials procurement, working closely with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Support the operations team in streamlining processes and enhancing workflow efficiency, contributing to the overall productivity of the team.
• Engage in quality control processes, ensuring that all work meets Black Bridge Motors' high standards of excellence.
• Facilitate effective communication between project teams, suppliers, and clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
• A strong interest in the automotive restoration industry, with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools and inventory software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
