Famous for our distinctive tomato sauce and chewy, crispy crust with an iconic oven-kissed char, Sally’s draws pizza fans from around the world. We hand-craft authentic pizza in custom-designed ovens, using the original recipes. Sally’s mission is to make great pizza available to everyone.
Responsibilities
As the Operations Administrative Assistant, you will
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to the CEO and other Company leaders.
- Provide duties of a copywriter including proofreading text, spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and adherence to editorial common policies.
- Create, update, and maintain records in various Cloud-based platforms.
- Plans, coordinates, and ensures that the COO’s schedule is followed and respected. Provides “Gatekeeper” and “Gateway” roles. Working directly with the COO to ensure that they are informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Builds relationships crucial to the success of the company and manages a variety of special projects.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs and handles matters expeditiously, and proactively and follows through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures.
- Provides complex travel arrangements for members of the management and leadership teams.
- Closely monitor office operations and proactively identify areas in need of attention or improvement
- Become point person and project lead for internal operational projects.
- Identify, organize, and streamline existing SOP’s, training programs, new employee onboarding in an effort to streamline and update SOP’s.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals, invoicing, and correspondence.
- Creates and supports relationships with prospective clients and customers.
- Contribute to the company’s social media and advertising strategies and objectives.
- Provide back-up payroll support to Finance Manager & HR (Human Resource) Operations Associate.
- Maintain and revise electronic file storage, including personnel files, policies, and procedures, routinely auditing for retention compliance.
- Perform other duties and project-based work as needed.
ROLE COMPETENCIES
Technical
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint point of sale systems, and common social media platforms.
- Success in supporting multiple leaders
- A thorough understating of administrative systems and managing projects
- General understanding of restaurant operations.
Language
English
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a digital content creation setting.

Work Environment

- May be able to work on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time and should have the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available for work on days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- This role requires you to be at our corporate office most of the time as well as on-site for all new restaurant openings.
- Approximately 10% of your time will be spent traveling overnight to various locations around the country on an assigned project basis.
