Opening Front Desk Receptionist, Part Time with Benefits

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist who is welcoming, friendly and energetic, and is able to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, busy office. The ideal candidate will want to stay in the position long-term and grow with us.

This is a part-time position for 25-35 hours per week with a fairly set schedule:

• 6:30AM-1PM, currently Monday-Friday
• Office hours are 7 AM to 6 PM. Availability to provide coverage for vacation or sick times for other team members is requested.
• Holiday availability is not required at this time.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be computer literate with strong typing skills, able to multi-task, and work independently. Prior office experience is ideal but not required.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Front Office Work: answer phones, check and return messages, schedule appointments, process payments accurately, prepare deposits, write letters and emails, light office cleaning, open or close office, place orders for supplements and supplies, scan and file paperwork, and other general office work
• HIPAA knowledge and compliancy
• Attend and actively participate in weekly meetings with team members
• Cross trained as a Chiropractic Assistant to help with exams
