Onsite IT Analyst II - Union City, GA
- 3.5 month assignment with possible extensions

Job Summary:
The IT Analyst II provides Information Technology hardware, software and solution service and support to enable the company to operate a reliable, efficient, safe and secure technology and data systems and services environment in alignment with business needs. This position will participate in technology projects and solution implementations through requirements gathering, planning, design, testing, implementation and support. The IT Analyst II contributes to overall cybersecurity posture through deep knowledge of client’s cybersecurity tools and methods to respond to cybersecurity events. This individual must be flexible and team-oriented with high customer service standards, have a desire to quickly assimilate what they have learned to share it with others, and demonstrate our values of integrity, diversity, respect and high-quality products and services. A strong sense of urgency and highly tuned interpersonal skills with the desire and ability to help support a dynamic business in all areas is a must. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an associate degree and 6+ years of experience. Certifications are a plus. May substitute education, certifications and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond, evaluate and provide guidance to Client associates with requests or issues regarding hardware, software, connectivity, telecom, mobile devices (iPhones and iPads), email and other desktop/laptop (Mac & PC) related issues.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge on these systems and services
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone, remotely and in person.
- Train or share knowledge with Client staff on use of IT solutions and devices.
- Document activities in the ticketing system, including steps taken to resolve or escalate.
- Develop the knowledge base by documenting common resolutions as well as enhancing or updating existing knowledge base content
- Refine routine activities to make them efficient and repeatable in support of delegation to Tier 1, automation and/or self-service.
- Frontline IT Support for on-boarding, off-boarding, shipping/receiving/imaging of all computer endpoint devices, setup and configuration of mobile devices.
- Respond to security incidents by leveraging security tools for investigation, remediation incident tracking and reporting.
- Seek continuous improvement in Client IT security posture
- Assist with infrastructure and security technology implementations and upgrades.
- Represent IT in business initiatives, seeking to align business needs with the needs of IT to operate an efficient, reliable and secure data and systems environment.
Job Requirements:
- 6+ years of IT experience focused on desktop, laptop and mobile device hardware and software, including systems management solutions that automate routine tasks.
- Superb customer service skills
- Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
- Strong problem solving, organization and project management skills, with a willingness and desire to take responsibility, accountability and ownership
- Ability to work outside of normal working hours to complete tasks, including occasional weekends/evenings
- Proactive and self-motivated in approach to work tasks
Technical Requirements:
- Knowledge of Operating Systems: Windows, Mac OS x, Linux
- Leverage various systems, tools and technologies to maintain corporate computers, printers, and IT equipment
- Administer various IT Infrastructure systems like Active Directory, OKTA,
- Administer various IT Security solutions like Anti-virus, content filtering, Mobile Device Management
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of disk imaging tools such as Symantec Ghost.
- Certifications for MCP, Windows, Windows server, Active Directory, ITIL a plus.
- Experience in heavily regulated industries, especially GMP experience a plus.
- Regular hours will be 8am to 5:00pm with overtime hours when required.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Regular hours will be Monday-Friday and other shifts, overtime and weekend work may be required to support the business
- Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals
- Some travel may be required.
