On-Site Solar Admin

Are you passionate about clean energy and sustainability? Do you have excellent organizational and administrative skills? We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Solar Admin to join our team and support our solar energy projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records 
- Coordinate with client team to ensure timely completion of tasks 
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for solar installations
- Assist with project scheduling and logistics
- Communicate with clients and candidates to provide excellent customer service
- Prepare reports
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of solar energy systems is a plus but not required
