About This Role:

The Program/Project Administrator will provide executive administrative support to the Morrison Family Associate Vice President, Student Well-being.  The SWB Administrator will also provide project management and coordination for a multi-unit Financial Futures Well-being Initiative.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree.
  • One year of relevant experience. This position may use an educational equivalency as determined relevant by a hiring manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative support and project coordination
  • Proficiency in project management software and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Project Management software, creating grant spreadsheets).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptable to the evolving project priorities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to meeting project goals.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:

$46,555.000 - $60,000.096 ($22.3823 - $28.8462 per hour)
