SalaryWe are looking for a new individual to join our expanding dental team! Lukens Family Dental is a noncorporate, comprehensive care dental practice focused on providing exceptional patient care, high-quality dentistry, and a great patient experience. This is a permanent, full-time position, working approximately 33 hours per week. In addition to being an excellent communicator, this position requires someone who can uphold our high standards for the patient experience and always ensure the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities for this position include maintaining patient records, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance, coordinating treatment plans, maintaining recall roster, and general administrative duties. Good organizational skills, computer proficiency, exceptional phone etiquette, and willingness to learn on-the-job in a team environment are a must! Work experience in a dental practice is preferred.
