Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible Administrative/Marketing Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative/Marketing Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Working with our graphics team to build and maintain various e-storefronts.
Duties:
Marketing experience preferred
Facebook Marketplace, Ebay & Amazon Storefront Experience preferred
Must be Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel Proficient
Know how to prioritize projects when assigned
Great communication and customer service skills
Able to handle a multiple phone line system
Answer emails in a timely manner
Provide customers with exceptional service
Be able to process customers orders in an efficient and timely manner
Requirements:
Attention to detail a MUST
A fast learner who is also very outgoing
Marketing experience preferred
Facebook Marketplace, Ebay & Amazon Storefront Experience preferred
Sales experience a plus!
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Job Type:
Full Time (Choose a schedule from 7:00-5:00 Monday thru Friday)
Pay: $20-$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications
