SalarySeacrest Services, Inc, a leading management company in South Florida, is seeking a dedicated On-Site Property Manager for a 30-hour per week role. With a reputation for providing top-tier management and maintenance services to Community Associations since 1975, we offer a unique opportunity to join a team of professionals committed to excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property operations, ensuring compliance with contracts, and maintaining effective communication with board members and residents.
Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to contract terms and conditions.
- Regularly inspect the property and report any architectural and property violations to the board members and supervisor.
- Assist the Board in obtaining bids from qualified and approved vendors.
- Manage all Association correspondence.
- Attend Annual meetings.
- Review Work Orders and provide recommendations for recurring issues.
- Collaborate with Seacrest divisions to ensure consistent communication with Boards and Residents.
- Stay updated with State Statute requirements and upcoming changes.
Qualifications
- Active CAM license.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to manage projects effectively.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
