Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success and profitability of the properties under your management. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates

- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for property repairs and maintenance

- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including Fair Housing regulations

- Oversee rent collection process and ensure timely payment from tenants

- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for property owners

- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities using administrative systems such as file management and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants

- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks such as contract management

- Thorough understanding of Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws

- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including file management

- Proficiency in using CMMS software for property maintenance tracking

- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants, contractors, vendors, and property owners

Requirements:

- Real Estate License

- 3+ Years In Property Management Experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
