On-Site Community Association Manager

Resort Management, a premier full service condominium and homeowner association management company, is seeking a full time Onsite Community Association Manager for a luxury Community. This position is focused on project and employee management. A qualified candidate must be a strong multitasker. Experience with developer transition is helpful. Assistance provided by onsite Administrative staff.

Resort Management has numerous properties the Southwest Florida marketplace and is focused on establishing a professional and service oriented atmosphere.

As a member of the Resort team, your duties would include, but are not limited to:

• Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors and maintenance/janitorial staff.
• Effectively communicate and provide guidance to the Board on common policies per the state statutes and local requirements.
• Establish and maintain Rules and Regulations for property.
• Maintain fiscal responsibility through effective coordination and communication with Accounts Payable, Receivable and Financial staff.
• Coordinate vendor and site inspections, documenting and correcting violations and corrections.
• Obtain bids from vendors and coordinate work through completion with onsite staff.
• Attend Board Meetings and manage onsite staff.

Essential Requirements include:

• MUST have 3+ years experience managing a condominium association
• CAM License required
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task while remaining organized is critical to this position
• Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Experience with TOPS/ Enumerate is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
