Job Overview:To ensure that all owner services requests are handled in a professional and timely manner, while ensuring that the owners accounts are correct.
Requirements:

- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and nametag.
- Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
- Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary.
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a minimum of 2 years hotel guest service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other systems as needed.
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven Customer Service skills, computer literate and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bilingual: English along with Spanish or Portuguese Required.
- Prepare relevant documentation for potential buyers.
- Discuss Condominium Bylaws and Program Terms with current and potential owners.
- Processing closing documents and maintaining individual unit owner records.
- Assist in maintaining the HOA receivables on a current and accurate basis.
- Assist Unit owners with all inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly Rental Statements.
- Conduct research and correspondence as required.
- Update accurately the owners File Audit worksheet for insurance and agreement expiration dates.
- Maintain and organize files.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Will also be responsible for any other task assigned or required by the manager and/or the department head.
- To communicate effectively with all departments.
Other Expectations:
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. This includes nights, weekends and/or holidays.
- All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
Qualifications:
- 2 years' work experience in the hospitality or related industry preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Degree (or degree in progress) preferred.
- Some work experience in administration is preferred.
- Background in HOA, COA or Timeshare is preferred.

Business casual.
