Responsiblities:
- Answers phone professionally
-Keeps CAM informed of owner communications
- Organizes and maintains association records
- Prepares board packets and assists with all meeting prep needed
- Place sign notices for meetings
-Keeps Websites updated
-Assist in ordering supplies
-Attends meetings, prepares packets, takes minutes
-Assists with violation management
-Resolves problems with professional communictaion
-Assists with maintaining fobs, gate software, decals and parking passes
-Assisting CAM with day to day needs

Pay: $42,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
