Our client in the parts industry is seeking an on-site Customer Service Representative (full or part-time) to join their team and seek a career progression. The ideal candidate will have experience in taking high volume phone calls on a daily basis, fast and accurate data entry skills and be able to resolve customer issues which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Full or Part Time Customer Service Representative (not remote)
Location: West Hurley, NY
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
- Good starting pay with room for advancement.
- No weekends - schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
- Part-time hours available - minimum of 20 - 25 per week.
- Paid training.
- Great opportunity to get your foot in the door and prove yourself.
- Temp to perm with the opportunity to work from home at that time.
What’s the Job?
- Provide first-rate customer service by phone or internet.
- Take orders, answer inquiries, and follow up on backorders.
- Data entry into a custom system - accuracy very important.
- Field up to 100+ calls per day.
- Resolve customer issues.
