- As a Call Center Representative, you will eagerly answer inbound calls and make outbound calls using scripts to set qualified appointments.
- Follow up on customer inquiries.
- Set qualified sales appointments. (It would be your job to keep our sales calendar full!)
- Transfer customer calls to the appropriate staff or department.
- The ability to provide customers with a dynamic presentation, informing them of product information.
- Your experience in sales, marketing or lead generation.
- You possess general computer knowledge (MS office – Word, Excel) & are internet savvy.
