Customer Service Agent (Entry Level): (Call Center)
Avg First Year earnings: 45k-65k
Multiple shifts available: 40 hours a week
Summary
The Customer Service agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers/tenants. This position is ever-growing and tasks can change on daily basis. The main function is answering inbound existing and potential tenant/customer calls for our storage facilities and campgrounds. Must be comfortable identifying customers’ needs, knowledgeable about new services, and able to inform of processes.

- Sound critical thinking; showing the ability to manage difficult customer situations, respond in a timely manner to customer’s needs, solicit feedback to improve services
Specific Duties
- Anything deemed necessary by management
- Precise, clear, timely, and effective property communication
- Answering Inbound Calls for tenants/customers and potential tenants/customers, assisting them in a timely and professional manner
- Accurate and timely responses to customers emails or voicemails left to the team
- Excel reports on the daily revenue
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to company standards and guidelines
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting issues (IE call potential/phone/headsets/printer, etc.)
