Call CenterPatient Access Representative will be responsible but not limited to, answering high call volume of patients calls requesting appointments, medication refills, follow-up appointments to discharged patients in our Emergency Department and/or after-hours calls follow-up. The Patient Access Rep. will demonstrate courtesy and respect towards all patients and proactively assist patients to navigate the SBH Health System. This position is part-time.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Minimum of 6 months of registrar experience preferred
- Customer Service experience required
- Basic computer skills required, MS office preferred
- Medical terminology highly preferred
