We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Worker. As an Office Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of our office. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.
Job details:
- Dental lab office
- Bilingual is preferred (Fluent in Korean and English-Writing, Speaking)
- Computer skill, MS (Excel, Word, )
- Organization skills and dedication to completing Job duties in a timely manner
- Handling of phone calls, shipping, data entry, file, organize, and other general tasks.
- At least one year of experience is preferred ,but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Answer and direct phone calls using our phone system
- Assist with clerical duties including organizing files and documents
- Transcribe and computerize information accurately
- Process order entries and maintain inventory records
- Provide general support to staff members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role is preferred
-English and Korean bilingual preferred.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
