We are seeking a Part Time shipping and office administrator for immediate hire in our Orange County office for a wholesale bridal brand. We are a small, flexible and hardworking team. Candidate can expect a hands on yet casual work environment with a lot of time spent working independently. This an Entry Level Part Time Position, with flexibility in days/hours. We cannot offer full or hybrid work from home. Working office hours must be completed in office. This position will be paid hourly.

Responsibilities:
Packing and shipping client orders
Receiving company shipments including unpacking, recording, and organizing incoming packages
Utilizing quality control protocols to ensure merchandise is up to standard
Anticipating orders due to ship and sending out invoice reminders as necessary
Prepping shipping materials necessary for outgoing customer orders
Recording shipping records
Responding to general customer inquiries
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 21 per week
