- Assist with proofreading documents for errors and inconsistencies
- Support office management by handling administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Act as a personal assistant to executives by scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and managing calendars
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to troubleshoot basic issues
- Utilize Google Suite applications for various office tasks
