We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretarial Assistant Part Time with a good possibility to full time to join our team! As a Secretarial Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of tasks to assist with day-to-day operations and ensure smooth communication between various departments.
```Duties```
- Performs routine clerical and administrative functions, such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing, and maintaining records, or providing information to callers.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, jobs and events.
- Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Assist with data entry and record keeping, Prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects and assignments
```Experience```
- 2 years previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is a must.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or CRM.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -35 wpm typing preffered
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Bilingual preferred.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
