Legal Assistant/Secretary

Solo practitioner law from specializing in Lemon Law and Personal Injury seeking a Legal Assistant/Secretary to assist attorney with case management and client communications to start immediately.

Attorney is looking for a candidate that is outgoing, creative, and professional. The right candidate will have a lot of room to grow from this position.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Hebrew and/or Spanish is a plus)
• Experience as an office assistant or in related field (willing to train the right candidate)
• Organize and ability to write letters and emails professionally
• Good computer skills- use programs like Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
• Manage files through all stages of the legal process, including opening and closing files, requesting and sending documents, and communicating with clients.

• Scheduling appointments, calendaring events and court hearings, scheduling client’s medical appointments, requesting medical records
