Staff Accountant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including financial management, account analysis, and general ledger accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting and possess strong technical accounting understanding. ```Responsibilities```
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct account reconciliations and perform account analysis
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Support the preparation of audit schedules and assist with financial audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned

```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- CPA goal is a plus
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
